These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Maritza Delicias. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards or other payment services we support.

  • You agree that you are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices are shown in USD (or as applicable) and include applicable taxes.

  • Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed before checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We require Signature Confirmation on all packages to ensure delivery to the address you provided.

  • You are responsible for giving a valid, deliverable address.

  • We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages once they are marked as delivered.

  • Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or force majeure are not our liability.

5. All Sales Are Final / No Returns

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Every purchase is final.

  • Because you freely choose to purchase, carefully review your order before placing it.

  • We do not accept returns for items that are unused, used, or damaged simply due to change of mind.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for defective items.

  • We will not accept claims outside of the 7-day window.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, logos) is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state (you choose the state) without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in that state.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The date of “last update” will be posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

 


 

Return & Refund Policy

Important: As per your instructions, the policy below states that no returns are accepted and all sales are final.

Returns Policy: No Returns / All Sales Final

  1. No Returns / No Exchanges
    We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All purchases are final.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items (Exception Only)
    If an item arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or evidence of the defect or damage.
    After verification, we may at our discretion issue a replacement or store credit. We are not obligated to refund the purchase price.

  3. Signature Confirmation & Delivery Risk

    • We require Signature Confirmation on all packages to guarantee delivery to the address you provided.

    • Once a package is signed for (delivered), we are not responsible for packages that go missing, are stolen, or delivered to the wrong place if the address was correct.

  4. Non-returnable Items
    Items such as perishable goods (food, etc.), gift cards, digital products, and similarly sensitive or used products are considered non-returnable (though in this policy, no returns are accepted anyway).

  5. How to Report Damage/Defects

    • Contact us via email (ad***@*************as.com) with your order number and photos showing the damage or defect.

    • We will review and make a determination, typically within a certain number of business days.

    • If approved, we may send a replacement or issue store credit.

  6. Shipping Costs & Liability

    • You are responsible for cost of shipping in the unlikely event we authorize return or exchange for a defect.

    • We’re not responsible for shipping costs for packages you return (unless expressly agreed).

    • We recommend using a tracked shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance—since once you send a package, we cannot guarantee we will receive it.
